BRANCH MANAGER (M/F)
In conjunction with Senior Management, organises the branch office and oversees its economic, financial and human resources development.
DESIGN DIRECTOR (M/F)
Supervises all project analysts and validates tenders. From the design stage onwards, the Project Director’s expertise is applied to provide the Customer with an optimised technical response.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (M/F)
Develops business with customers. Listens to what customers want, supervises and directs the project team before the contract is signed and then afterwards until delivery.
PROJECT ANALYST (M/F)
Carries out technical analysis and optimises projects. Produces the technical and financial proposal and forward planning. Prepares pre-construction tender documents.
PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)
Involved from the design stage through to the construction of a project, he organises and mobilises the specialist skills required. He is responsible for quality and for meeting delivery times, and provides technical and financial oversight of the works.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR (M/F)
Supervises all site managers and ensures that projects run according to plan.
SITE MANAGER (M/F)
Provides continuous on-site supervision of quality, safety and compliance with the contractual commitments of Gérim.
QUALITY MANAGER (M/F)
Implements and monitors the Quality System in the branch offices.
SUPPORT STAFF (M/F)
Advise and support the operational teams in the administrative, financial and legal management of their projects.
